@ Yokuutsu, You haven't gotten Cut? I'm pretty sure that was the first HM I got. O_o and if you're asking how you get "stylish" enough to get into places (like the boutique) in the Lumiose City, you just have to do things around the city. Here's a page from the Guide explaining it --> CLICK
Oh and Ashy! I finally got that Bargain O-Power and leveled it to 3! So now it gives 50% prices at the PokeMart! :D
