3D overworld (FINALLY)

I took me until B2/W2 to get used to the 2.5D, so I assume it will take me a bit for 3D.

3D Pokemon in a main Handheld Game

Maybe I'm just too easy to please? We just got fully animated and visible back sprites. I was happy just to get those after so long.

Customizable Avatars (FINALLY)

I was happy with the default appearance of every hero so far, but we'll see how customizable it is when we get to play it.

Mega Evolutions

This is petty, but I still think Digimon did mega evolutions better. xD /digimon fan

No spoilers so fans can still be surprised when the games release.

I like having information readily available to me, so this can also be a drawback. I'm a guide fanboy, though, which most gamers are not.

The new Pokemon in general

This is the point that most irritates me: I haven't seen more than a handful of pokemon that I like so far, and my bf has shown me every Coro Coro and Nintendo direct video.

Riding Pokemon

I'm indifferent on that point.

Sitting on FREAKIN BENCHES

I guess that's a good thing? I don't usually roleplay when playing pokemon, so it seems like another useless feature?

Able to see EV stats in game

That is good.

Able to raise EV stats via mini game

I haven't been a fan of pokemon minigames (minus surfin' pikachu), so I'll have to wait and see.

A Pokemon cloud storage bank

That might be cool, depending on how it works.

Pokemon Amine (Petting, and interacting with your Pokemon)

I don't know about that one. It seems pointless, but maybe it'll work well with the game.

A larger over world and overall a bigger game.

I don't care how large the over world is, but rather how much decent plot is put into it. So far the evil team seems the same as a combination of other teams.

New Fairy Type

Dislike fairy completely. I would have prefered any other name.

Types Rebalanced

That's fine for competitive battlers, but does it really affect the non-competitive arena that much?

Logical resistance to types (electric types immune to paralysis for example)

That should have been in from Gen. 1.

There is even more to list! That's a lot of good changes and added features for one Pokemon game, this is the biggest Pokemon game will receive since ever. Black and White didn't really have this kind of hype. Don't let the genwunner disease effect you, this game is going to be awesome!

Actually, I'm not a genwunner at all; I prefer gen. 3 and Hoenn. I just am so meh on some of the additions and think that they are a waste of time, but obviously some people are really excited for them. I'm not saying that I will hate the game, but I don't think I'll pre-order or get it on day one.
