I find it shocking that you made a headless horseman item, and that you didn't add the most important part/point of a item of this theme, having no head.

It's just as Batz said, original ideas weren't working, and time ran out before a new one was set. It was better to not have the pose than to have one done too quickly and have it not work well either on the avi or as a centerpoint for the item.
