Preposterous Paradox
|
Okay so BASICALLY Lord of the Flies is set directly before World War II, it is about this plane full of English schoolboys that crashes and lands on a remote island, with no adults and the only pilot dead. They struggle to survive together on the island as they adapt to their environments, and divide work between each other to stay alive. The book is basically their day in and day out struggles, conflicts that arise between the survivors, and how order collapses in their group, and the effect it has on their psyche as fear and hunger overwhelm them, and they drift closer to the reality of not being rescued.
Thank you, thank you *bows*
