There is no way to explain it except she is being her self. A lot of them are and I am not naturally a friendly person and can not command bubbliness that easily. The one that drives me the most insane is a younger girl who tries to follow policy but really we just end up arguing. I tend to be able to get along with some of the older employees since I have my fathers mind set where as she tries to follow the rules but still complains and bitches and tries to figure out a way to avoid working. Ugh.
