Husky Aurora, a rescue from an abusive breeder. We reported her, she got 97 counts of animal abuse. She will be 4 January 17th 2014.
Our Malamute was a rescue from a sincerely nice woman...that didn't know Malamute siblings will kill each other. She just turned 2 on April 16th.
Nessa in her summer harcut. She was not a rescue!she will be 4 December 22nd.
One of our Rabbits was a rescue too. From a really terrible pet store. He is about 5.
the one and only picture of sona the camera-shy bunbun She is almost 2.
Our newest addition is Lilly. She is a 2 year old as of April 16th (Same day as our Malamute!) Blue Throated Macaw. She was rescued from a family that had no idea how to take care of her...she was in a tiny cage with no room to move...she has a broken toe we will be taking her to the vet to have it fixed as soon as we have the funds (we had to throw down close to 2 thousand dollars just to get this family to give her to us...She is incredibly sweet...In the past few days we have had her she has already learned a ton of words and a few tricks. It amazes me that they could have such an incredible bird and friend and treat her like that...

I used to have a ferret but she was free roam and I had to rehome her when we moved into this new, not ferret friendly house.
We also used to have chinchillas...they did NOT get along with our rabbit Peter though and it became such a problem that I nded up giving them to a good friend and her family.
sugar gliders. I rescued gliders and rehomed them with my mother until she passed away and then with my grandfather while I was in high school...
I had a Wallaby as a child, Victoria was my mothers favorite pet but when my mum died I was only 10 and no one else knew how to take care of her so we rehomed her back to her breeder in Texas. They are considered livestock here...they are actually really awesome pets.
Formerly known as MandaChaos. I am back and so happy to be here.
