I grew up in the Northeast (New England), where we consider our seafood the best. That's why everyone looks at me oddly when I say I don't like any seafood. The only time I allow seafood in my meal is when anchovies are used for traditional Caesar salad, and even then it's a very small amount and I can't actually
see
any.
