Bear will now unit collision and will give him a mini-dash to targets he is autoattacking in order to reduce his problem with being kited. They also took off the 4% armor and magic resist on Monkey passive and replaced it with 5 movement speed stackable up to 3 times. 15 movespeed is huge, especially combined with bear. It's about 75% the speed as Boots 1, and it is nearly the same movespeed as an upgrade to boots 2. Udyr won't need boots until everyone else has them, and when he does get boots, he will catch up to you and bear-slap you. :3
Here is a video demonstrating the mini-dash. It's not a jump like Xin, Jax, Irelia get, but basically if you get anywhere close to bear-slapping your target, you're guaranteed to hit them.
