But if you don't want to cry when your're chopping them up, Espy, you can run them underneath warm water and cut quick. Sunglasses also work, and having the cutting board and your wrists wet with water can stop crying and the burning.

I wasn't the one cutting them up XD It was my friend. I was only trying to learn how to properly make an omelette because I can't cook to save my life.
