Thank you Panda, wow, that is nice of you to say! Your outfit is really cool too, is that the red fish from Fisherking? I like it there whatever it is, whimsical.

Exercise is my bane, I have to admit. I live a very sedentary life and all my good intentions to walk or even ride the stationary bike are for naught. Sometimes I go through a little tizzy of exercise but then it slowly fades away. So anyhow, that is going to change as I am tired of being lazy. I was very busy today at least, I had my sewing lesson and we sewed for 3 hours so my tunic will be done next Sunday, he thinks. And I was busy around the house. But tomorrow I plan on riding the bike, that's a promise to myself. ;)
