The chiropractor I was going to one day informed me that my sessions were over because I supposedly called in to tell them I no longer needed them.

I never called them.

Since they didn't verify with the caller, they cancelled and reported to the insurance company, so I couldn't go back for more appointments.
Because I don't have health insurance.
