I wish you the best in overcoming your anxiety. Though I have no evidence supporting it, I am confident that you are far less ugly then you make yourself out to be. And, in the end, physical appearance is of little importance. As cheesy as it sounds, it really is what's on the "inside" that counts. It is true that some will judge you on your appearance, but there is a simple solution to this problem: Remind yourself that these people are fuckers.
