Thing is, I KNOW what triggered mine.
I had actually eaten something, and completely lost it.

So badly, my sister came at me with some BS, and Zane had to hold me back from lunging at her, and beating her senseless.

My mom had made it ten times worse, by not showing any compassion what so ever...

And I haven't eaten since. So its been over 24 hours since I've actually had anything to eat.
