Have you tried sleeping on your side or your stomach? I can't get to sleep if I'm laying flat on my back since I have lower back problems... heavy backpacks three times my weight in middle school caused it x.x That, and my dad has some back disease thing that is most likely hereditary and whatnot. I can only get to sleep if I'm laying on my stomach or my right side.
