I honestly the same.. I know that some stuff isn't my fault but I still blame myself..

Usually my nightmares are after watching horror movies. My dad always teased me cause he would be like, why do you watch horror movies if they give you nightmares.. and I would be like.. cause I can. XD Actually.. I don't have nightmares anymore after watching horror movies..
