I cannot imagine what typing this eeveelution could possibly have that I would find satisfying. From it's coloring, I believe it most likely to be a normal type, as its color scheme seems nearly identical to that of Audino's. The problem with that is that a Normal-type Eeveelution would be stupid. Eevee is already normal, and no one wants more normal Pokemon. Any other typing would be inconsistent with its coloring and general appearance. The only other type I could imagine would be psychic, which is already occupied by Espeon.

There is some speculation that it could be dual-type, but that doesn't solve the problem. It just means that there are 2 types that don't make sense, rather than one. I've explained my feelings on new types previously in this thread, but to recap: It's too late. If a new type were introduced, it would find itself severely underrepresented, even if some old Pokemon were retconned to have that new type. Also, while light would probably be good against ghost and dark, it's hard to think of what it would be ineffective against, or how any of sound's type match-ups would go. Perhaps it could be a neutral type that is neither bad nor good against anything, but that position is more-or-less covered by dragon-type.

Even if it were a light type, I have faith in Game Freak to construct a sprite that conveys Light better than this, as there is little to suggest that as its typing. And, as long as I'm being a crotchety old man, I might as well point out that Ninfia is just it's Japanese name. They're not breaking away from the "-eon" suffix. Leafeon and Glaceon had the Japanese names Leafia and Glacia, so this makes sense. "Ninfia" also does nothing to indicate its type, at least with respect to the English Language, so it seems unlikely that they would decide to break the trend of giving eeveelutions type significant names.

But with the right stats and ability, I'd probably like him, regardless.
In all likelihood, you just read a clunky wall of text. There's no need for me to make you read even more in my signature.
