so Alpha and I looked up insurance... for both of us on USAA for both cars it was 160 a month.... I made it cheaper for Alpha to have insurance.
Alpha has a wreck on his record, and I have a ticket on mine.

What has happened to the car doesn't matter it is everything on the driver. If your mom had the accidents it is on her record not yours. 700 for 6 months isn't that bad, it is actually pretty good. You have an accident on your record, even if it wasn't your fault, and a ticket. On your parents policy you have multi car discount, which probably a better part of 50 dollars off. You are a 20 something male driver, had your license for 5 years of less, and are not a student. You are rated as a higher risk because of a lot of those factors. Some peoples insurance is 200+ a month for the exact same record that you have. If you think that the Camry is what is making it be so high ask them to change your primary vehicle or go to the insurance to get an itemized list of your cost of insurance. They will be happy to do it.
