You won't find a true Tablet that will meet your needs. You would need a netbook at least or a secondary laptop. Basically you need the new "tablet' that is actually a laptop with a detachable keyboard.

The best option is to not get a iPad as most programming apps wont run on it, or Sense. Really we need your price range.
