“Glad to meet you as well, Miko.” She offered the girl a soft smile before glancing away. The clock still said that the class was not to start quite yet, and the rest of the kids continued to chatter away as they all waited for the teacher to arrive. Jun felt almost impatient to begin the lesson, start the day, and at the same time she felt as though she should get to know the one sitting beside her a bit better.


Uneasily she gave a laugh into the lazy strings of tension and silence which had begun to string themselves between Miko and herself. “So...Modern History, huh?”
