All depends on Seth's attitude toward her.. Chloe's really independant.. just like in the other rpg.. she refuses to accept help from others.. she rather earn it and if anyone brings up anything about her family life, she will literally go hostile.. and not Lei hostile.. Lei is pretty much don't mess with me hostile to scare people off, she's my loner OC, if Chloe goes hostile, get the hell out of there.
