I don't get angry very often simply because I don't like being angry, it does not feel good to me. When I do get angry it is brief and sharp and limited. I never ever hit things or harm anything or anyone; my anger is never physical. I get angry when I feel someone is being an idiot and they are getting in the way of something I am doing or want to do or I feel is the right order of things or the right way things should be. I get angry and then I stop being angry because to me anger is not a productive solution.
