[Yokuutsu]

I hate to inform you, I don't think most of them do it because they have low self esteem. It's because they're taught that's the way to show that you have power, that you're better than them or some shit. Though they do say most bullies were bullied which bothers me. Shouldn't they have learned from that...that it sucks to be bullied so they shouldn't be a bully.
