He couldn't do much than agree with the boy, and keeping up their gentle and slow pace he moved them off of the path into the soft grass of the meadow. The plains were littered with shady spots beneath the trees where one might normally lay, but instead he led them both out into the grass where there were no trees blocking their view. He spread their blanket across the grass before gently bringing the boy to lay down beside him while they could dream beneath the star-filled sky.
