The lessons stretched on through the day until he felt no more a need to ask any questions and instead they carried on in silence. They stopped to talk to none of the people on their way, and ignored any of the things they could have stopped to see in the fields to keep walking. Slowly the sky turned from its bright blue skies filled with clouds to the lightest of pinks and oranges which reminded him of a sweet, ripe summer's peach. The sparkle of stars far off in the distance began to shine through the colors as it grew darker. Soon the sky was as blue as the deepest part of a pond with the moon sky high in the perfect circle. He wrapped his arm around Lonis' shoulders as he pulled him close.
