I'll probably go back and check out the full story when I'm at work and have nothing else to do unless a customer needs something.
Yeah, this past week was finals week. It looks like I'll be getting all B's this semester. My astronomy prof wasn't happy that I chose to use a real telescope to make some of my observations instead of the plastic pile of rubbish that he forced us to buy for the class, and I missed a lab or two in chemistry.
I actually love my job. I very rarely have to deal with customers, and unless they need something I have nothing to do. That's why my employer lets me bring my laptop in to write, do my homework, watch movies, whatever I need to do to keep myself awake (not hard, considering the fact that I'm naturally nocturnal). Tonight should be really quiet. There should only be about 10 guests or so in the hotel (very low for ski season, but we've only just started getting snow).
Nice! I've only finished about 5 short stories total, most of them extremely short; usually horror, sci-fi, or fantasy. I also write personal light erotica, but I don't let anyone see that (this is the first time I've ever even admitted that I write it).
No I hadn't heard of them before, but I've got the site open now. I'll have to see about using it sometime tonight.
