He knew there was no way Mizuki would have known it was him. This was war after all in all fairness Mizuki should just go ahead and kill him to get it over with. Not that he could voice his thought on it at the present time.

It truth he didn't remember being unchained let alone moved. His eyes had opened once but that was after Mizuki had already moved him. Hell if he asked Thal would say he deserved this fate.

Even as Mizuki worked and did everything he could to prevent Thal from dying, he had already accepted that his fate was sealed. There was no way he would wake up from this. That was his thoughts at least. But he got to know at least that Mizuki was ok, even if he never got to say it was his fault.

It wasn't really that much of a shock that Thal wasn't waking up right away. Heck the fact he was breathing was a feat on its own. But Mizuki had caught everything just in time. If all went well than he'd pull through.
