The TW here has a mob-style way of collecting bills. ( don't even get me started on the actual service either; they bullshit like nobody's business. )
They will call us two weeks BEFORE the bill is due, 2-3 times a day, every day.
If we don't answer, they will send mail and keep calling.
It's ridiculous harassment. But you can't do a damn thing about it.
The internet is flaky as hell.
They claim that it is unlimited, but I get bandwidth issues all the time. They blame every time the service goes out on, and this is the exact reason they give, "When the temperature changes, the wire on the pole will shrink and expand, becoming loose".
Which, as Lauv told me, is bull.
As far as I've seen, no other company has an issue with "wires shrinking" every single month.
There was also that whole month where the internet would be on for 15 minutes, off for half an hour, all day every day. ( I think that was either september or august. I was bitching about it here whenever it came back on. )
Sometimes they also pick and choose what channels we are allowed to see.

Oh, we pay over a hundred bucks a month for this.
Though I do have to say, it is nowhere NEAR as bad as I hear Cox is.
