@Shadami: At the end of the day, just because a spice is prepped differently does not make it's overall taste different. Sure, they'll be used differently and have different strengths with one's palette; but it's much like saying a white, knee high sock and white, ankle sock are both white socks. They both appear different and have slightly different uses, but at the end of the day they're both white socks.
