As soon as the sun had risen from its nightly slumber and its gentle rays extended through the branches of the trees to warm his cheeks he had been awake. His early call to sleep the night prior had given him enough rest to begin the day, but it was not until his apprentice was awake that they would prepare for their final day. Patiently he breathed slowly and began to open his ears to the sounds of nature and his nose to the scents it provided to him. It was not a surprise when he felt a hand creep beneath his sheets to touch him, or the warm lips that pressed against his own as he could hear the creak of the floor beneath his apprentice as he woke and the soft musk his apprentice brought with him into the room.

With a soft smile playing at his lips he opened his eyes to find the familar face looking at him with unaltered excitement for the day, and he knew he held the same excitement in his mind while he merely displayed a subdued version. "Morning sun's rising to you, I could feel your excitement before you stepped in the room." His grin grew larger as he slid free of his bed gracefully to press another kiss to the apprentice's lips. "Are you prepared to ready ourselves for the day?"
