Heh. It's more those hidden claws and pointy teeth that get me I guess. I'm used to be mouthed and gnawed on and walked over by dogs so not much about them gets to me anymore.

And no kidding there are shifty dogs! Mine was the most sneaky, devious, unrepentant little thing you've ever met. I guess it boils down to knowing the species and knowing the animal. I could always tell from my dog's demeanor when he was up to something at that moment, but he never looked guilty after the fact, unlike some other dogs I've met. My sister's dog would hang her head and run for underneath the bed if she had done something.
