All of the strays I've approached have never run away from me, nor have they tried to scratch or attack. Some even approach me on their own, which happened a lot whenever I was standing at the bus stop for school. xDD
My friends' cats really like me too.
I've never had a problem with dogs either, though.
But cats tend to come to me on their own often. @__@;
