It's not paypal.. it's the actual bank.. -. -;
my other account is basically frozen.. all 400+ pounds.. all because the person that has signing rights to it has dementia and they won't reconigize I am of legal age to withdraw the money.. I have been fighting as well as my family to get that money out but nope.. it's still stuck..
and not fighting really.
lol.. Tuesday is tomorrow for me... So I can't say it's that long of a wait. XD
