I do try to be healthy, but it's mostly in my head. Last time I went to the store, I picked up a bottle of avacado ranch dressing (so unhealthy!) just because I knew it would make me eat more veggies (and it worked! We went through the whole bag of spinach before any went bad!)
Most of the time I just try not to eat except at mealtimes, and that's what keeps me from snacking. If I really have to eat before dinnertime, a slice of toast or two will tide me over. But on occasion I will splurge and reward myself with hummus and triscuits. Same problem as all the other snacks, though, I eat all of it right away instead of small quantities.

Why not just eat avocados? They're so delicious on their own. >w< Mm, raw spinach is SO good! Especially raw /baby/ spinach!! <3
Have you ever thought of eating your triscuits with pesto? Specifically kale and oregano pesto? It's really good, kale may be an acquired taste but it's SUPER delicious and nutritious! <3
