Yearlies are rare... those are last years... if you are looking for other items it isn't bad to look for these as a side quest while working on your main quest.. even Alpha and I dont have a second of the yearlies and after a year just completed getting all of them.

The current yearlies are going to be leaving in December the 15th i think.
