I've been doing this shit since I was sixteen... Its not easy to keep up with. There are days where I don't even want to move, but I force myself to do it anyway, because I KNOW I'll have a meltdown if I don't.

I tend to freak out if I don't do a certain amount of things in that given day, I'll even go without eating, if I hadn't done much.
