Mmks. Then I'll just stick with the headshot since you say you're not good with bodies. XD Though because I am curious now, but do you have any full body examples that I can see cause I'm like really curious regarding just how bad they are? >w>;;

Honestly, if you just do sit ups and push ups everyday, increase the sets and repetitions as you go along, eat healthy, and most importantly find someone who can keep you accountable to make sure you do all this than you really don't need to pay a trainer to help you do it.

Just saying trainers are a waste of money if you just look up on the internet for a good guideline and find a trustworthy person to keep you accountable. :3
