Actually having no sleep is better than having only about 2 hours of sleep. The body hasn't had time to reset, unless you've made a habit of sleeping only 2 hours a day (which is possible with training), in which you've trained your body to realize that when your eyes shut and your head hits the pillow, it needs to rest.
