You expect yourself to be able to do and handle all sorts of things, and then when you end up being able to tolerate only so much you get stressed out because you thought you would be able to handle every single burden thrust upon you all by yourself. Delegate your burdens to others sometimes. You stress yourself out far too much as it is.
