XD I meant here in the states. I believe the age of consent is 16 but it explains a lot about Japanese culture including how Sailor moon was able to date a college student given that she is only 14.

xD I even tried watching the movies and I could not sit through them.

I am about to head back to bed, gotta get up for work at 6:30 can't miss the bus.
