Unfortunately I've had a bit of experience with this one. Pog is right.

Gotta keep some boundaries and keep yourself from getting drawn back in and hurt again. It is a slippery slope, and at some point you may have to cut it off if you start sliding down it too far. Just make sure you do have that 3rd party to help keep your head on straight when it comes to this situation.
