But no seriously -- that's a sticky thicket to traverse, I been there...I don't have any good advice, wish I did. You just gotta kinda...take some things with a grain of salt I guess (although it can start to get preeetty salty) -- you gotta do what's best for you though. Hopefully she'll come around and understand it's not like you're picking sides or something, it's perfectly understandable to be her friend and a friend to this other person at the same time. I guess give her time to cool down and then if she brings it up just try to explain? I hope you have fun at the shower though, don't let this ruin it. Plus a baby shower! That's pretty important yo
