I have the same one from last year, not getting anything new.
But since I don't have the tits for it, I have to get it taken in, in the chest area for it not to look so wonky. ><

And yeah, when I started, I cut EVERYTHING out, all at once.
From there, I started working out once a day, with jogs and walks and all that. Then it progressed to working out twice a day for an hour a piece, and just skyrocketed from there.
Now I eat less than 600 calories a day, work them ALL off in a morning workout, then an hour walk, then I come home, sit for a little, walk again, work out again, walk again, bike whenever I possibly can, etc etc. ><; I'm up to, BASICALLY? Working out 9 or 10 times a DAY.
