A once famous Doctor, he's not reduced to a zombified freak after he accidentally drank a beaker of mixed acids and chemicals, instead of his morning coffee.
Now he spends his days wandering the city, eating peoples toes, and generally causing trouble.
In his down time he enjoys dumpster diving for next things to add to his ever changing outfit!
