got internet! :D download speed is down, but the upload speed is bout 3x better. and i think it's upload that is important for minecraft servers.

okay.. i have it up and running, i can connect. the port is forward so other should be able to connect.. but it wont work Dx

the new ip is 94.175.91.61 if you want to try, though i doubt it will work
