"I don't want the sugar or chocolate." he explained as the other dragged him out of bed he felt wobbly on his feet as he stumbled towards the table sitting down "I want to be able to act like others can and not be dependant on sugar." it was both medical and the only treat he could ever afford so it went hand in hand but he wanted to stop but he didn't know how much of what he was feeling was because he wasn't having things with sugar in it. "You don't understand I push this hard because if I don't work I won't survive here at all." he was talking about school supplies, groceries and clothing.
