Asami; What's a wow?

Batty; So far it was okay. Like I had to take a minute break with the cardio because it's so leg heavy and medically I'm not allowed to do it but other than that made it through just fine. :) I'm excited to get really started. I'm also prob. gonna start my hour morning walks again when the weather cools down. I'll let you know how I feel after about a week of this.
