Thresh was killed a different way and I guess they decided that would be quicker. No the mutts weren't for him alone! It was a way for them to end the games quickly because of all the trouble katniss started with the rue thing. U.U

Look thresh was considered the strongest. Oh God the way he killed that girl in the book. Crazy. Thresh was one of the best characters.
