I see someone mentioned Time Warner. THEY SUCK.

My internet and phone is out all the time, they've replace the modem, the router, all the shit on the outside of my house and I'm still having problems. All that's left is the wires themselves.

And they have ton of outages in my area at least. It drives me insane.

And Verizon is probably the same as AT&T since that's their main competitor, they won't be much different probably except the quality of signal and all in your area.
