Your day sounds like mine. Kind of. ish. <.<;;
I'd wake up, try and have some coffee. Get on my workout immediately, do that, go for a cooldown walk, come home, clean, get on the bike in 100 degree weather, run errands fora few hours for mom, since we dont have a car and she cant do them, come home, walk again, rest for about an hour and do whatever else needs done in the house, walk again, watch people eat dinner [since I'm STILL having an issue with that] walk again, workout again, and then maybe, FINALLY, sit down for a few hours, before I have to walk to go grab Zane his snacky stuff from the corner store and shower.
It used to be that I crammed ALL of that into a six hour time span, and at the end of the day all of that physical activity in the heat would wipe me out harder than you could ever possibly imagine. xD; Soo I started forcing myself to at least START early, so that maybe, just maybe, by the end of the day I wouldn't be so broken and fizzled out.
Nope. xD; Didn't work. But at least I get a little bit more rest between the insanity. Six walks, all between 40-60 minutes, two workouts that are about the same timeage, and gods knows how long on the bike. xD;
