My opinion: I don't mind as much if people use my art if they give links back to the original work.
Although... I am EXTREMELY inflexible about my OCs. I hate it if anyone tries to make their images fit another personality. But I can slightly tolerate it if there are links to credit the original... if I'm in a good mood.
That's just me though.
I don't hesitate to get people banned if they just take my shit though, lol
